NOTES:

When addressing one invite to two single people, who are dating seriously, you need to identify the "priority" guest. Which of the two people are you closest to? If it's the male... then follow the instructions above for "Single Males - Dating Seriously". BUT, if you're closest to the female in the relationship, follow the instructions below for "Single Female - Dating Seriously". The first person listed on the invite, should be the priority in case of a breakup.
When both parties are doctors, the term "Drs." should be used in place of "Mr. + Mrs."
If married couples have different last names, use same format as the single option, dating seriously.
